The exhibitons shows nearly 200 photographs of Evelyn Hofer. Alongside city portraits and artist portraits, interiors and still lives will be shown. Besides there will be a catalogue, published by Steidl.

Another station of this exhibition is the Fotostiftung Schweiz, Winterthur.

To mark what would have been Mahatma Gandhi’s 150th birthday the exhibition is showing Anja Bohnhof's series "Tracking Gandhi". The Dortmund-based photographer followed in the geographical footsteps of this visionary and resistance fighter, traveling to many different places in India, Bangladesh, South Africa, and Europe that were important for his life and work.

Die Neue Sammlung - The Design Museum, Munich

To mark the 100th anniversary of Bauhaus, Die Neue Sammlung is having an exhibition that discusses the significance of this pioneering reform design college today. Simultaneously, Die Neue Sammlung is taking the opportunity to highlight its own historical links to Bauhaus. For the first time the museum will showcase historical objects from its own holdings in Munich.
Invitations have been taken up by designer Ayzit Bostan, poet Barbara Köhler, architect Anupama Kundoo, composer Junya Oikawa, and artist Sofie Thorsen to explore one Bauhaus object and develop an independent work of their own.
